Instructions
  1. Cook bacon, then break into small pieces. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Wisk eggs in bowl, season with salt, pepper.
  3. Gently spray muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Pour in eggs. Add bacon, spinach and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Once done remove from heat and allow to slightly cool before removing from tin to serve.
