Start with a cold nonstick skillet. Bacon should be started in a cold pan, so before you turn on the heat, lay out your strips on the pan. Cook bacon low and slow 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside. Drain grease.
Add ham to skillet, fry on both sides until brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the tomatoes to the skillet and cook, cut-side down, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
HEAT 1 tsp. butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. BREAK eggs and SLIP into pan, 1 at a time. IMMEDIATELY reduce heat to low.
COOK SLOWLY until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. SLIDE turner under each egg and carefully FLIP it over in pan. COOK second side to desired doneness.
