Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat butter on medium heat until melted.
  2. Saute garlic and onion.
  3. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and add to pan. Sprinkle with half of the spices, and cook completely.
  4. When chicken is almost done, sprinkle onion flakes on top.
  5. Stir in peppers, zucchini and broccoli, then sprinkle with remaining spices.
  6. Cook another 5-7 minutes until all vegetables are tender
Recipe Notes
  • For Step 2, substitute 1 tablespoon of olive oil for butter.
