Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup red bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup zucchini sliced
- 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat butter on medium heat until melted. Saute garlic and onion.
- Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and add to pan. Sprinkle with half of the spices, and cook completely. When chicken is almost done, sprinkle onion flakes on top.
- Stir in peppers, zucchini and broccoli, then sprinkle with remaining spices.Cook another 5-7 minutes until all vegetables are tender

- For Step 2, substitute 1 tablespoon of olive oil for butter.
