Ingredients
- 2 lb Flank Steak
- 2 Limes juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground chipotle pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Juice 2 limes into bowl
- Add olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic
- Add cumin, onion powder, ground chipotle chile powder, oregano, black pepper and stir.
- Place flank steak in large zip lock bag and pour mixer over it.
- Chill for 4-8 hours, flip occasionally in Fridge.
- Remove from fridge, bring to room temperature before cooking, let sit approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Cook 5-6 minutes per side, for medium.
- After removing from grill let rest for 3-5 minutes before cutting diagonally across grain into thin slices.
