  1. Juice 2 limes into bowl
  2. Add olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic
  3. Add cumin, onion powder, ground chipotle chile powder, oregano, black pepper and stir.
  4. Place flank steak in large zip lock bag and pour mixer over it.
  5. Chill for 4-8 hours, flip occasionally in Fridge.
  6. Remove from fridge, bring to room temperature before cooking, let sit approximately 20-30 minutes.
  7. Cook 5-6 minutes per side, for medium.
  8. After removing from grill let rest for 3-5 minutes before cutting diagonally across grain into thin slices.
