- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Cut sausage into small pieces and place in skillet. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add baby spinach and sliced bell pepper. Add garlic powder and onion powder. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, transfer to plate and cover or place in warming draw.
- Crack and whisk eggs in bowl. Pour in skillet. Scramble until cooked. Once eggs are done, add sausage and veggies Mix for one minute. Transfer to plate to serve.
