- 4 oz ham sliced
- 2 Johnsonville Original Breakfast Sausage links
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp butter in a nonstick skillet to medium-low Add sausage links. Cook sausage for 12-16 minutes or until cooked through and browned, turning often.
- Add ham to skillet, fry on both sides until brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the tomatoes to the skillet and cook, cut-side down, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- HEAT 1 tsp. butter in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. BREAK eggs and SLIP into pan, 1 at a time. IMMEDIATELY reduce heat to low.
- COOK SLOWLY until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. SLIDE turner under each egg and carefully FLIP it over in pan. COOK second side to desired doneness.
- SPRINKLE with salt and pepper. SERVE immediately.
