- 2 tbsp rosemary chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Zucchini
- 4 cups zucchini thick sliced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Heat broiler on high. Rub steak with olive oil, black & cayenne peppers and rosemary on both sides.
- Broil about 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
- Boil zucchini for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Meanwhile grease pie plate and arrange zucchini in a circle, slightly overlapping them.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, then at 475 for 10 additional minutes
