- 1 tomato large
- 1/2 cucumber medium peeled and sliced
- 3 radishes sliced
- 1 red bell pepper medium, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives

Instructions
- Wash lettuce and spin dry. Chop or tear into bite size pieces.
- Slice tomato into 8 wedges. Slice radishes, Chop Red Pepper.
- Place all ingredients in a medium sized serving bowl and toss. Refrigerate until ready to use. Toss with salad dressing before serving.
