Chicken
- Preheat skillet on medium heat, add oil to coat
- Add garlic and cook for 10 seconds
- Add chicken, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer from skillet to bowl.
Veggies
- Add oil to coat skillet.
- Add garlic and cook for 10 seconds
- Add zucchini, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add chicken back in skillet to warm and stir.
- Remove from heat and serve.
