Instructions
Chicken
Preheat skillet on medium heat, add oil to coat
Add garlic and cook for 10 seconds
Add chicken, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 8-10 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Transfer from skillet to bowl.
Veggies
Add oil to coat skillet.
Add garlic and cook for 10 seconds
Add zucchini, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add chicken back in skillet to warm and stir.
Remove from heat and serve.
