Preheat oven to 400. Chop onion, mushrooms, and spinach leaves. Grate zucchini and mince garlic.
Mix pork, beef, Parmesan cheese, veggies and spices evenly and create balls. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400 on a non-stick cookie sheet.
