Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Stuff meat mixture into muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 20 mins.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped scallions if desired.

Maintenance:

  • Try adding 1/2 onion chopped to skillet with mushrooms, zucchini and peppers.
