Instructions
  1. Mix the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and crushed pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat, stir in the garlic and heat for a minute.
  3. Crumble in the ground beef and add spice mixture.
  4. Stir everything together and brown the meat.
  5. Brown the ground beef until there is no sign of pink left.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Put a large spoonful on a romaine leaf and top with your favorite toppings.
Recipe Notes

Phase 4: use 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and try adding 1/2 small onion, diced before garlic.  Cook for 5-7 minutes.
