- 1/2 cup tomato seeded & diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber seeded & diced
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/8 cup scallions green part only
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 lime sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
- To make salsa, in a bowl combine tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, scallions and garlic. Sprinkle with juice and zest from 1/2 of lime.
- Preheat grill to medium. Brush salmon with oil and season with black pepper and cumin. Grill 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Serve salmon, top with tomato, cucumber, avocado salsa
