Instructions
  1. Spray skillet with olive oil or gently coat with butter over medium high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add chopped peppers and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until soft
  4. Wisk eggs in bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, pour in eggs. Stir occasionally until done.
