Instructions
  1. In skillet, saute garlic with 2 teaspoons olive oil Add onion sliced.
  2. Add shrimp to skillet. Cook until side is pink, then flip and season. Remove from skillet when cooked. Approximately 5 minutes total.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil to skillet. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
  4. Return shrimp to skillet and mix together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
