Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp raw, deshelled, deviened
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion medium
- 1 cups asparagus
- 1 cups mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley freshly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt to taste

Instructions
- In skillet, saute garlic with 2 teaspoons olive oil Add onion sliced.
- Add shrimp to skillet. Cook until side is pink, then flip and season. Remove from skillet when cooked. Approximately 5 minutes total.
- Add 2 teaspoons olive oil to skillet. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
- Return shrimp to skillet and mix together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
