- 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 2 inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cube low sodium beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup onion
- 2 cups red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 can stewed tomatoes with liquid, no sugar added = 2 cups of tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the seasoned beef strips.
- Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved.
- Pour into the slow cooker with meat.
- Stir in onion, garlic, peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, and salt.
- Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
