- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 7 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low Sodium
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Place shrimp and scallops in a large resealable plastic bag. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder and paprika. Microwave at 50% power for 1-1/2 minute. Stir to blend; set aside 1/3 cup for basting. Pour remaining marinade over shrimp and scallops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Drain and discard marinade. Alternately thread shrimp and scallops on metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 6 minutes, turning once. Brush with reserved marinade. Grill 8-10 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque.

I made this for diner last night, along with grilled baby zucchini as a side. It was super easy to make and delicious even though I just realized now that I forgot to use the grape seed oil. Oh well, still very pleased the way it turned out, and may make it the same way again. We also used large scallops, and medium sized shimp. If you do this make sure you put them on different skewers because they will cook at different rates.
